Product Application:
1. Baking PU, AC varnish system:
Silok®366 is applicable to high-temperature baking PU varnish system(especially to grainy paper, varnish), it has excellent high-temperature anti-stickiness, also it give more outstanding leveling, anti-scratch, abrasion resistance and waterproof to the surface of the varnish. The addition is 1.0%-3.0% (total amount);
PU system: suggest Silok®-365 used cooperate with Silok®-366.

2. Plastic paint, special inks:
Silok®366 can be used as leveling agent, feeling agent in general paint system. Suggest addition is£º0.1£0.5%.
Application Method:
Silok®366 silicon oil generally added at the final stage of the manufacture of the varnish, it is suggested to dilute to about 20% solution and then add; In the grainy paper printing industry, add it to the varnish system before machining(need distribute evenly), can achieve the best anti-stickiness and smoothness.
