Mechanism:
Silok®44 its major component is large molecular weight of the cross-link silicone, Has a very low surface tension, high lubricity and high-temperature cross-linked film-forming; the surface is feeling soft, smoothness, anti-stickiness after the film formation.

Product Application:
1. Water textile coating:
Silok®44 is applicable to water-based textile coating, especially to jean slurry, can increase the feeling, pliability, anti-stickiness and gloss of the coating.
2. PU Finish coat, oily leather coating:
Silok®44 for PU Finish coat, high-grade leather coatings, flexible rubber paint, printing ink, it has a unique silky feel, high fullness, excellent anti-sticking, remarkable wear resistance.
Recommend Dosage:
1. Silok®44 is used for water textile coating, the addition is 3%-10% of the total formula amount, required high-speed distribute it uniformly;
2. Silok®44 is used for painting, the addition is 0.2-2.0%; the specific dosage needed ***ailed tests.
