Mechanism:
Silok®43M its major component is low molecular weight of the self-cross-link silicone resin, has a very low surface tension and high-temperature film-forming cross-linked; the surface is dry, smoothness after the film formation.

Product Application:
1.High-grade plastisol printing, tran***rent printing:
Silok®43M is a typical high temperature resistant anti-sticking for high-grade machine printed mucilage, high-grade plastisol printing, and tran***rent paste; it has a long-lasting anti-stickiness, high temperature resistant anti-sticking(150 ℃, 30S Pressing will not stick board), and feel dry, soft, smooth.
2.Paint, resin manufacture:
Silok®43M can be used for oil-based leather paint, industrial paint and oil-based synthetic resin, it can provide a very low surface tension, excellent resin miscibility, high surface activity, excellent surface feel, smooth and non-stick of the coating.
Application Method:
Silok®43M release agent can be added in the isolated slurry manufacturing process or can be added after, but the need to ensure fully distributed evenly
